1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of bbl-tech.com and any print services commissioned from Babylonian Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“BBL”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
  • Quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • Quotes are based on artwork and specification supplied at the time of quotation. Changes to specification after quote acceptance may change the price
  • BBL reserves the right to revise quotes if paper costs or input prices change materially before production commences

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order is confirmed when BBL issues a written order acknowledgement
  • A purchase order or written confirmation from the client is required for jobs above ₹10,000
  • Advance payment terms apply to new clients (50% advance, balance before dispatch)
  • Credit terms for ongoing clients: subject to approval and documented credit agreement

4. Artwork

  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of all artwork supplied
  • BBL will perform a standard prepress check (colour mode, bleed, resolution) and raise any issues before proceeding
  • Client sign-off on digital proof is required before press commences. BBL is not liable for errors in content (text, spelling, images) that were present in approved artwork
  • BBL accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement in client-supplied artwork

5. Delivery & Lead Times

  • Agreed delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing as guaranteed
  • BBL will notify the client as soon as possible if a delivery date cannot be met
  • Risk passes to the client on dispatch

6. Quality & Claims

  • BBL warrants that print output will conform to the approved proof and the specification agreed
  • Claims for defective work must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
  • BBL's liability is limited to reprint of defective items or credit note — not cash refund
  • Minor colour variation within industry-standard tolerances (ISO 12647-2 for offset) is not grounds for a claim

7. Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled after artwork approval but before press: 30% cancellation charge to cover prepress costs
  • Orders cancelled after press commences: full job cost payable

8. Intellectual Property

  • BBL retains ownership of design work created by BBL's design team until full payment is received
  • Client-supplied artwork remains the property of the client

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana.
